HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR
1. Email [email protected] and request the Vendor Terms and Conditions and Vendor Application Form and decide if you want to trade. All terms and conditions must be complied with.
2. Send the following forms to us via email using [email protected], or via fax using 086 520 0331.
- Signed last page of the Vendor Terms and Conditions Form.
- Completed Vendor Application Form.
- Any brochures and pictures.
- If you are a FOOD vendor please send your Health Clearance Certificate and Certificate of Acceptability.
3. Please ensure all details are entered correctly and completely. Incorrect and partial applications will not be considered.
4. The acceptance of your application will be confirmed in writing.
Please note:
- Your application does not guarantee a vendor booking.
- We select vendors that meet the criteria and an early application does not guarantee a vendor booking.
- The number of vendors is limited based on the venue size, the types of food and merchandise sold. Preference will be given to vendors that make every effort to be part of the event décor and design, making the stall as beautiful as possible, harmonizing with the space and environment and, in addition, embracing sustainable solutions and practices.
- Do not pay for your stall without receiving confirmation from us.
